This explains what information is collected when you visit this site or book a Freed Up session, and what happens to it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is PB Coaching Ltd (company no. 14143331), trading as Freed Up, registered office Office Suite 3, Shrieves Walk, Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6GJ. I'm Parm Bains, and you can reach me at hello@freeduphq.com.
What I collect
- Your name, email address and booking details, collected through TidyCal when you book.
- Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. I never see your card details.
- Emails you send me, and anything you tell me about your tasks so we can plan the session.
The session
Sessions take place on Zoom. During the session you share one window with me. Sessions aren't recorded, and I don't store your screen share.
Why, and the lawful basis
- Contract: to take your booking and payment, and to run your session and follow-up.
- Legitimate interests: to reply to your emails and questions.
- Legal obligation: to keep accounting and tax records.
Who it's shared with
I don't sell your information. It's only shared with the services I use to run Freed Up:
- TidyCal, for bookings
- Stripe, for payments
- Zoom, for the session
- Google (Gmail), for email
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site
- Grok Bot, my AI assistant, which helps me manage Freed Up email and session notes
Some of these services may process data outside the UK. When they do, it's covered by UK adequacy regulations or UK-approved transfer contracts, as those providers set out in their own terms.
How long I keep it
- Booking details and emails: up to 2 years after we were last in touch.
- Payment and accounting records: 6 years, as HMRC requires.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics or set cookies of its own. TidyCal and Stripe may set their own cookies when you use their booking and payment pages.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information held about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. You can also ask to restrict or object to how it's used, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere. To do any of these, email hello@freeduphq.com.
If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. I'd be grateful for the chance to put things right first.
