These are the terms for booking a Freed Up session. Freed Up is a trading name of PB Coaching Ltd (company no. 14143331), registered in England and Wales, registered office Office Suite 3, Shrieves Walk, Sheep Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6GJ. When I say "I" or "me", I mean Parm Bains, on behalf of PB Coaching Ltd.

The session

A Freed Up session is a one-off 1:1 session of about 90 minutes, held online on Zoom. We look at where your time goes and set up Grok Bot on your real tasks together. Before we finish, we book a 30-minute follow-up call for a week later, so you can bring any questions there. You're welcome to email me in between. The follow-up is included in the price.

Price and paying

During the pilot, a session costs £150. After the pilot, the price will be £350. You pay the full amount when you book. Booking is through TidyCal, and payment is taken securely by Stripe. You'll get a calendar invite with the Zoom link.

Cancelling or moving

If you need to cancel or move your session, let me know at least 48 hours before and I'll give you a full refund or rebook you for free.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or don't attend, there's no refund. I'll still try to rebook you once, at my discretion.

If I need to cancel, you can choose a full refund or a free rebooking.

This doesn't affect your 14-day right to cancel below. The 48-hour rule applies once that period has passed.

Your 14-day right to cancel

As a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from booking to cancel. When you book a session that takes place within those 14 days, you're asking for it to start in that time. When you book, you'll be asked to tick a box to agree to this. You also agree that you lose the right to cancel once the session has been delivered. If you cancel within the 14 days and before the session, you'll get a full refund.

X Premium plan (formerly SuperGrok)

To use Grok Bot you need an X Premium plan (formerly SuperGrok). You pay for that separately, directly to its provider, not to me. Please have it set up before we meet.

What I can and can't promise

I'll do my best to help you get something real working in the session. I can't guarantee particular results, as these depend on your tasks, your tools and how you use them afterwards.

You stay in control of your own accounts and logins throughout. I guide, and you do the clicking.

Liability

If something goes wrong, my total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid for the session. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
